Thorbard - God of War
Thorbard, most often called "the Jackal God", is patron of
destruction,
blood, senseless brutality, and battle rage. His followers emulate the
god by reveling in wanton destruction and triumph by any means, and are
not welcomed in most lands. There is a definite rank and structure to his
cult, with worshipping Soldiers at the bottom, Priests above them,
Crusaders and Blood Paladins next, and the Warlord of Thorbard at the
pinnacle. His most devoted followers practice death magic, necromancy and
other dark arts, and are granted lycanthropic powers by the god.
